Rich Lieberman, a member of the Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Chapter of the Izaak Walton League has donated two photographs of Washington professional sports teams players. One is a photograph of Billy Kilmer, onetime star Washington Redskins quarterback (1971-1978). The second framed photo is of a 2016 season, Sylvain Côté who played 19 seasons in the NHL and the majority for the Washington Capitals. Both photos are professionally framed, matted, and ready to hang on the wall of your game room. These photos will be featured as part of the Dog Mart’s raffle/silent auction.
