Our Izaak Walton Fredericksburg-Rappahannock chapter was cited recently by the Commonwealth of Virginia General Assembly for its long standing stewardship for the Fredericksburg Dog Mart as the oldest dog event in the United States. We are very proud to continue this tradition at our chapter grounds. Mark Cole, Virginia State Delegate, made the presentation at a chapter membership meeting on the evening of June 3, 2021. Saturday, September 27th, 2025 from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (postponed, see below.)
Rain date:
Sunday, September 28th; we had to move to the rain date due to rain yesterday. We will conduct nearly the same schedule we had planned for yesterday with a few adjustments in time.
Where:
Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Chapter Park at 12400 Herndon Road in Spotsylvania, VA.
What:

Admission:
Parking fee $5.00 per carload to be paid at the gate. Bring the whole family including the dogs!! Cash or credit accepted.
